Enzyme Report

I have learned several things about enzymes. One thing that I taught was really interesting about enzymes is that they are used to digest food. Enzymes are molecules which speed up chemical reaction sometimes up to 1 million times faster. I learned that there have been over 5000 enzymes discovered. Another thing that I found out to be very interesting was that enzymes are used for breathing. Sally Fallon wrote a very interesting article and was very educational.
